It is exhausting and isolating to feel like no one understands what you are going through. You may feel defeated because you are reaching out for support. I want you to know this moment does not define you.  You coming to this page, to me, is inspiring.

You deserve to feel heard.
You deserve the time and the effort.
You deserve to be the best version of yourself.
 
Often times we deny ourselves the support  we deserve because we hold ourselves to unrealistic expectations, or we worry about the judgment of others. Either way, we end up only hurting ourselves. I've been guilty of this too, thinking I can handle the weight of the world on my shoulders even though lifting weights has never been my specialty.

Hi, I'm Ciara and I provide counseling sessions for tweens, teens, young adults, and those of all ages suffering from cancer or chronic illness in Tampa Florida.  

My role is not to be the expert of your life, but to empower you to be the expert of your own.  My goal to provide a safe space where you can receive the empathy and support you need to work through your challenges, even when it feels like no one else understands what you are going through.
