Hi, I'm Lara and I provide counseling sessions for  teens, young adults, and adults  in Tampa Florida.  

I have worked in outpatient and inpatient settings as well as in employee assistance. I work with mood disorders, employment problems, family issues and substance abuse. I believe that therapy is a partnership and that we can work together to get from where you are to where you want to be
